ENGRAVING
We deep etch and flawlessly duplicate your artwork on all items. Artwork
often dictates the depth of the "M.A.D. Impact Engraving." Heavier
line art engrave more deeply.
SAMPLES
Engraved product samples with random logo or copy are changed at minimum
quantity pricing plus shipping (no die charge).
PROOFS
Please allow 5-7 working days for a proof. Normal production time will apply
after proof approval. Mailed or faxed paper proofs are no charge. A charge will
apply to film proofs. All art will become the property of Marble Arch.
PRODUCT OR ART CHANGES
Any changes in product or art may require additional set up charges and/or
rescheduling. See "Copy Changes" below.
COPY CHANGES
After approval of art proof, any change in art may require an additional charge. NOTE: Prior to approval of art proof, changes will be charged as below
unless art or copy changes are provided. See "Art Charges" below.
ART CHARGES
Typesetting - $40.00 minimum, $40.00 per hour. 164 most-used type styles are
available.
Camera Shots – i.e.: enlargements, reductions and PMT’s are $40 per 4: x 5:.
Design and clean-up - $40 minimum. $45 per hour.

CAMERA READY ART
Our exclusive "M.A.D. Impact Engraving" will reproduce your
artwork exactly as it is shown. Photo copies, ad slicks and color separations
are not acceptable. BLACK AND WHITE CAMERA READY, high resolution and clean art

PERSONALIZATION
For engraving, add $6.00 per monogram or $10.00 per name. Please submit
camera ready art or see "Art Charges."
SECOND-SIDE ENGRAVING
There is an additional $6.00 charge per piece, for second-side engraving.
The factory reserves the right to alter price on large or intricate engraving.
COLOR FILLS (MARBLE)
Broad range of colors are available for color fills. Please call for a
quote. Price includes one color. Additional colors incur an extra charge of
$5.00.
FULFILLMENT PROGRAMS
Are available to suit your needs.
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS
Plus minus 10% is considered fulfillment of an order unless otherwise
specified on the purchase order. Request O/UR (over/under runs) or ENO (exact
number ordered) on all purchase orders.
CUSTOM WORK
Marble Arch will design and manufacture any award, product that you may
require. Our in-house art department maintains the capability to design to your
needs. Call for more information. NOTE: Lead time on custom work will vary.
PRODUCTION
From time of proof approval, normal production lead time is 4 weeks on stock
items, not including shipping. NOTE: This does not include special or custom
orders or special packaging. Please contact production for estimate. Also see
"Packaging"
PACKAGING
Unless indicated, all items are packaged in a standard corrugated carton
that is strong enough to insure maximum safety. Items requiring presentation
packaging are packed in a custom fitted gift box according to your specs. Tissue
paper, custom inserts, gift wrapping, etc. are available upon request. Please
call for a quote. NOTE: Customer –supplied inserts will be packaged at no
charge.
SHIPPING
F.O.B. Central Indiana. Title to goods passed to purchaser at F.O.B. point
CARRIERS
We generally ship via UPS ground; next day or 2nd day for either
UPS or Federal Express is available at additional cost. Common carrier (motor
freight) is available for heavier or pallet shipments. Please call for quote on
pallet or special shipping. All shipments are insured according to value per
container.
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
A foreign destination will incur a $75 administrative and export document
fee. Foreign air will be F.O.B. Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, not including ground
freight will be F.O.B. Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Some shipments may ship via UPS Air. NOTE: All freight must be prepaid as well
as production balances.
SHIPPING CONTAINERS
All merchandise is bulk shipped in UPS certified corrugated containers
unless otherwise arranged.
DROP SHIPMENTS
For any drop shipments, please submit labels with purchase order.
SPLIT DESTINATION
For any orders with split destinations, please submit labels with purchase
order. There is an additional destination charge after the first shipment. Call
for quotation.
PALLETIZING
A $15 palletizing charge is required for all common carrier shipments.
Special care, handling and material are used to reduce damage and manufacturer
liability when shipping by motor freight. All pallets are shrink wrapped to
protect from weather.
DAMAGED FREIGHT
Claims for material damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier.
Please contact Marble Arch immediately so that we might expedite
replacement material to you. Also see "Claims."
CLAIMS
Claims for defects or shortages must be made by the purchaser in writing
within 15 days after delivery. Failure to make such a claim within the stated
period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that the
material fully complies with the terms, conditions and specifications. NOTE: No
returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please request an RGA#
(returned goods authorization number) and apply to packaging for clear visual
identification.
GUARANTEE
All
reasonable defects in workmanship will be replaces at no charge. All items are
handcrafted and slight variations in size, shape and color will occur and are
acceptable. Variations in the texture of the "M.A.D. Impact
Engraving" will occur and are acceptable.
